Using Highest.lol means you've agreed to these terms. They're short on purpose — this is a free leaderboard, not a contract for a paid service (see the about page for the story behind it).
The service
Highest.lol ranks publicly submitted domains by Highest Score — a blend of Authority, referring domains, and mobile performance data (see the rules page). It's provided as-is, free, with no uptime guarantee and no guarantee that the underlying data is fully accurate.
Submitting a listing
By submitting a domain you confirm you're allowed to list it, and that it complies with the removal policy in the rules page — no sexual content, nothing illegal, no spam.
We can remove any listing at our discretion, without notice, and without owing you anything — since listing is free, there's nothing to refund. You can also ask us to remove your own listing at any time, no reason required — see the privacy page for how.
Your data
What we collect and why is covered separately in the privacy page — these terms are about using the service, not about your data.
No liability for linked sites
A listing links out to a third-party website we don't control and haven't vetted beyond the removal policy. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of any site you visit through this board.
Changes
We can change these terms, the ranking methodology, or the service itself at any time. Material changes update the date at the top of this page and the rules page.
